Strawberry Yoghurt Parfait

This makes for a great breakfast or post workout snack. Using greek yoghurt ensures you get super high quality, and you get a lot of it! Adding peanut butter to the mix (some healthy fats) will make you feel full for a while. On a value per calorie scale, you can't beat this one.

This is what you'll need

  • 1 - 1.5 cups of Greek Yogurt (0% fat)

  • 1/2 cup of Sliced Strawberries

  • 1 Tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter

  • 2 Tbsp of Granola


    Directions

    1. Add the following layers to a drinking glass (the taller the better!):

    • Greek Yogurt
    • Strawberries
    • Greek Yogurt
    • Peanut Butter
    • Greek Yogurt
    • Strawberries
    • Greek Yogurt
    • Granola

    • Place in the fridge for 2 hours or more

    • Enjoy a protein packed breakfast or snack!
