
Strawberry Yoghurt Parfait
This makes for a great breakfast or post workout snack. Using greek yoghurt ensures you get super high quality, and you get a lot of it! Adding peanut butter to the mix (some healthy fats) will make you feel full for a while. On a value per calorie scale, you can't beat this one.

This is what you'll need
- 1 - 1.5 cups of Greek Yogurt (0% fat)

1/2 cup of Sliced Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp of Granola
Directions
- Add the following layers to a drinking glass (the taller the better!):
- Greek Yogurt
- Strawberries
- Greek Yogurt
- Peanut Butter
- Greek Yogurt
- Strawberries
- Greek Yogurt
- Granola
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours or more
- Enjoy a protein packed breakfast or snack!
